THCB interacts with our endocannabinoid system similar to how THC does, generally interacting with the CB1 and CB2 receptors in the brain. It was also discovered by researchers that THCB binds to CB1 receptors more efficiently than THC, which concludes that it induces stronger psychoactive effects than delta-9 (THC).
